Cee L. Ogbe believes that wellness of mind, body, and spirit is obtained through collaboration with her clients to create a personal treatment plan that addresses each client’s unique psychological, cultural, and health needs. Her approach is solution focused, person-centered, and strength-based, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT). Trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, Cee employs the particular therapeutic techniques that best align with each client’s specific needs. As a Psychotherapist, Cee believes Carl Gustav Jung correctly noted, “I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.” As each client is the expert of their story, she enjoys assisting her clients to thrive and achieve therapeutic success by uncovering and discovering their own strengths and emotional resilience.
