Cee Ogbe, LMFT

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Cee L. Ogbe believes that wellness of mind, body, and spirit is obtained through collaboration with her clients to create a personal treatment plan that addresses each client’s unique psychological, cultural, and health needs. Her approach is solution focused, person-centered, and strength-based, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT). Trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, Cee employs the particular therapeutic techniques that best align with each client’s specific needs. As a Psychotherapist, Cee believes Carl Gustav Jung correctly noted, “I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.” As each client is the expert of their story, she enjoys assisting her clients to thrive and achieve therapeutic success by uncovering and discovering their own strengths and emotional resilience. Cee works with a wide range of clients including adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families, offering all a safe space and comfort.

Education & Experience

Cee received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Irvine. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine. In addition to her Master’s credentials, Cee is completing her Doctorate degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Anaheim. Cee has over 8 years of experience working in a variety of settings including non-profit organizations, schools, and in residential settings, addressing family conflicts, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing events. She is passionate about assisting her clients to achieve resiliency despite adversity. She is also driven to support her clients in eradicating any perceived stigma to mental health.
