Integrated Care for Body, Mind & Spirit
Orange County Health Psychologists is a unique group practice of licensed clinical behavioral health providers. Our psychologists, therapists, and psychiatrists see clients do three things and do them really well.
First, we’ll assess and address the main issues that brought you to therapy. Those reasons include depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship problems, work stress, or a history of trauma. Orange County Health Psychologists offers comprehensive treatment plans that treat psychological issues at the root cause; treatment can include integrative therapies or evidence-based treatments like EMDR or bio/neurofeedback in addition to traditional talk therapy.
Second, we’ll help you handle the mental challenges that come with chronic health conditions or illnesses. You might be facing a cancer diagnosis and treatment, or IBS in need of stress reduction. You might be recovering from a major cardiac event that led to a severe trauma response, or a family navigating a parent’s early dementia diagnosis. Restoring and supporting a healthy mind-body connection in these situations is essential for holistic healing.
Finally, we’ll see you if you are seeking more fulfillment and purpose in life. Therapy should be about more than an absence of negative symptoms. While the first phase of therapy should ease these challenges, there is also a second phase for working toward a happy and healthy life.
If any of these reasons resonate with what you are facing now, please contact us.
And if you are an Orange County mental health provider who wants to join a practice with like-minded people, please get in touch.
We look forward to seeing you.
