Brittany is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with specialized experience treating trauma and anxiety disorders. She has vast training and experience with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Narrative Therapy. She also has extensive experience treating addictive symptoms and tendencies, with specific experience treating alcohol and drug addiction. Using intentional listening and attunement, curiosity, and empathy, Brittany guides and supports her clients to identify beliefs that no longer serve them and help them recover from symptoms of stress, anxiety, difficult life changes/transitions, women’s issues, and trauma. She works with adults (18+) as well as teens (13+). Brittany believes that transformation occurs when the body, mind and heart are working in unison and symbiotically, and it is Brittany’s mission to use therapy as a tool to help clients achieve that.
