Gulia Nguyen Sing is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment for individuals and families on their healing journey. Using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices, she works with clients of all ages. Gulia offers guidance and support as clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and early childhood mental health. She collaborates closely with each client to identify meaningful goals and develop pathways toward personal growth and wellbeing.
Gulia integrates a wide range of therapeutic modalities to create an approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. She values helping clients build grounding and stability in the present as a foundation for long-term resilience and future success.
Gulia is bilingual in English and conversational Vietnamese. Her work emphasizes culturally sensitive care, meaning she honors each client’s cultural identity, family structure, values, and lived experiences. She strives to ensure clients feel understood, respected, and supported within the context of their cultural background.
In her spare time, Gulia enjoys meaningful time with her family, friends, and dog. She appreciates traveling, staying active through golf and pilates, and exploring new cafés—especially those known for great matcha

Education & Experience
Gulia earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. She has extensive training in evidence-based practices including Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Seeking Safety, and Infant Massage.
Her clinical background includes significant experience supporting infants, toddlers, and young children, as well as working collaboratively with caregivers around parenting needs and early developmental challenges. Gulia has served in community mental health settings, working with clients from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. She provides care to clients of all ages facing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral challenges, and a wide range of emotional and relational concerns.
