Maryam earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Long Beach in 2010, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Her education is complemented by a 40-hour certified training in domestic violence, further enhancing her ability to address complex issues with sensitivity and insight. Maryam's approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is particularly structured; she ensures that each session is goal-oriented and productive, moving beyond mere discussion to actively address and work towards specific objectives.
