Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Meghan Alvarez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who truly believes in the power of connection to facilitate growth and healing. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and the exploration of identity. Meghan works with clients of all ages, but she especially enjoys working with teens and young adults, supporting each through life transitions, emotional challenges, and the beautiful yet sometimes messy journey of self-discovery.

For Meghan, therapy isn’t just about talking through problems — it's about creating a warm, safe space where clients can share thoughts and feelings authentically, without judgment. She is dedicated to helping her clients uncover the beliefs and patterns that have shaped their life, and guiding them toward healthier, more empowering ways of moving forward. Whether struggling with self-esteem, family dynamics, or the complexities of relationships and sexuality, Meghan’s clients are supported in finding the emotional clarity and confidence to embrace growth and healing.

When Meghan isn’t in session with clients, she enjoys hopping between cozy coffee shops, soaking up the sun at the beach with her husband, or getting lost in a captivating fiction novel.
