Rebecca Washington is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who believes that everyone deserves to feel confident, connected, and fulfilled in life. With a warm, nonjudgmental presence, Rebecca creates a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore current challenges and past experiences with honesty and compassion. Drawing from a person-centered and relational approach, Rebecca is deeply committed to helping individuals uncover their core emotional experiences, understand their attachment and relationship patterns, and identify personal strengths. This process supports clients in moving toward growth, insight, and lasting self-compassion. Rebecca recognizes the power of the therapeutic relationship and values building authentic, collaborative connections with each client. She offers a neurodivergent-affirming approach and is dedicated to fostering a space where people of all backgrounds and identities feel seen, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.

Experience & Education

Rebecca obtained her Master’s degree in Counseling from Chapman University and her Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of La Verne. She has worked with clients of all ages, as well as with couples and families. Her extensive professional experience includes work in schools, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient facilities, and private practice settings treating individuals and families to manage life transitions, trauma, acute mental health symptoms, and neurodivergent diagnoses. Rebecca is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Mental Health Leadership at the University of Southern California.
